    今不如昔的采芝斋酥糖

    今天同事小万带来一盒苏式酥糖,说是从苏州带来的。
    我尝了尝,马上断定,买的便宜冒牌货,满口的面粉味。
    “买这种酥糖呢,要买苏州采芝斋的,味道就不一样了,还可以吃得到丝丝缕缕的糖丝呢。那个香甜噢!”
    可是小万回答说“就是采芝斋的,我还是去他们的观前街总店买的”
    我连忙抢过包装一看,果然是采芝斋的,包装印刷都蛮精美的。看着不象是仿冒的。
    真是把我气坏了。
    这味道真的与我小时候吃的不一样。
    回到家我吃完饭,我还很忿忿不平的向父母念叨,这味道怎么就变了呢。
    老爸说现在都是机械化生产,都是量产,质量当然不行了。
    我想来想去,也有可能大约老师傅都退休了,有些工艺那些小师傅没有学到或是不认真学。
    或是机械生产,根本不是那个工艺了。
    工艺不一样了。所以味道变了,没有香甜的糖丝了,只有面粉味。
    好怀念以前的酥糖呀!

    好东西其实并没增多也没减少,量大了,自然就如冲了过多水的果汁,味道就淡了。大批量的生产都一样。
